This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. They’re very professional, kind, informative, and patient. They make the experience very personable. Feels like family! Love it there! 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

Today I visited what had to have been the most welcoming and professional dental office in all of Phoenix. I have a wonderful dentist in Pittsburgh, but I live here the majority of the year now and wanted to establish dental care here as well. The ease of getting an appointment and the cordial office staff made for a positive experience. Miguel, the hygienist, performed the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever experienced. In the course of the examination, he offered valuable advice on brushing and flossing that would serve me well between visits. I was also very impressed with Dr. Orozco’s pleasant personality and professionalism. She reviewed my x-rays and all of Miguel’s notes and observations. Dr. Orozco offered to answer any and all questions that I had. I am very impressed with every aspect of my visit and highly recommend Thomas Dental for your dental care.

Dental visits have never been easy for me, but Miguel has been awesome as my dental hygienist. Always attentive, kind, and reassuring. Really great qualities as a client that struggles with consistency and feeling discouraged. I’ve now gone multiple times over the past year and have slowly but surely seen results, which I think partly has to do with how patient and encouraging he’s been in me showing up for myself.

Wow what a great experience! I have never been excited about going to the dentist until now. Miguel was excellent and explained everything he was doing and what they need to do to help me in the future visits. Also, Jaclyn DDS was great too and she is a fellow Wisconsinite from my hometown of Milwaukee! Highly recommend……

The staff was very friendly and I do feel they are truthful which is something I've been looking for in a dental office. The scheduling needs some work, I scheduled a month in advance and had to call in to confirm because I was never sent the confirmation or paperwork that they said would be sent shortly after my initial call. I was there for over 1.5 hours and did not get my cleaning because they had some kind of issue/delay but I do understand things happen? Not sure what happened and that was a little disappointing. Made an appointment to come back and that confirmation was texted to me very shortly after so maybe it'll go better next time...
