There aren’t enough positive things I can say about this studio and the fantastic community of instructors and clients that make it feel like home! I had been a client at other reformer Pilates studios before but since AZPS opened their doors, their unparalleled classes and full body workouts took my own Pilates practice to another level!! I have a debt of gratitude to Sammy and Lisa the owners for their mentorship and fearless leadership, paving the way to make AZPS the BEST Pilates studio in the Valley!

So lucky to have found this local, woman-owned gem of a studio! Every instructor here is amazing. I used to feel like Pilates was so intimidating, but my practice has grown so much. Highly recommend!!

I have been a member since the spring and love coming here each week! The instructors tailor each class to so many different exercises. They all took the time to learn my name and remember it each day! I also love that it’s a small studio so you get help when you need it. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a Pilates class to attend!

I was always intimidated to try Pilates but when I saw AZ Pilates Studio in Gilbert was a smaller class, I went for it. That was 53 classes ago! The instructors are all amazing! They are always there to help, modify and cheer you on. There is always variety in the workouts and I love the class schedules- I can alway make something work in my day. I’ve gotten so much stronger in the few months I’ve been doing Pilates and I’m honestly feeling my best after an injury put me in a little work out slump! When you look forward to your workout- you know they are doing something right! Thank you AZ Pilates Studio!!!!
