I 1000% recommend Justin for your dog needs! I was super nervous but he gave me a thorough consultation on what we wanted for our doggo but he went above and beyond for my boy. He’s really good at what he does & I definitely will be coming back! The receptionist was amazing too she was super sweet and helpful.

I had such an amazing experience! The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. Justin was very attentive and provided the best care for Ghost. I can tell that they love what they do and want to provide what is best for our doggos.

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service my dog received. My dog is still shaking his ears and is currently completing a steroid prescribed after this visit. Ruben, who I understand to be the owner, responded with condescending sympathy and immediately placed blame on me rather than taking accountability. At no point was I contacted to confirm or approve such a drastic haircut. My dog has never had his tail fully shaved, and no one contacted me to discuss or approve this decision. For context, I have included a photo from when I first adopted my dog, at which time he was severely matted. Even then, my groomer took her time and handled his coat properly without resorting to shaving him this low. Since that time, he has never been shaved down this drastically. I also provided a photo showing him previously shaved down where his tail was still intact, further demonstrating that this level of shaving was unnecessary. I regret not taking the longer drive to my usual groomer, who has always communicated with me at every step—even notifying me of minor nicks that I would not have otherwise noticed. That level of transparency and care was completely absent here. My dog’s nails were clipped so short that one bled, and I was never notified. His genitals were visibly inflamed, which I believe resulted from clipper burns—not matting. If my dog had truly been as severely matted as claimed, there would have been widespread injury, not isolated nicks to an area that does not grow significant hair. Additionally, my dog’s ears were extremely red following the grooming. He would not allow me or the veterinarian to properly examine them, raising serious concerns about what occurred during the grooming process. He continues to irritate his ears to this day. The lack of communication, lack of accountability, and apparent decision to take the easiest route rather than exercise proper care was unacceptable. Quite frankly, the outcome reflects a level of work I could have done myself at home with clippers, which is not what I paid for or trusted a professional to provide. This experience was distressing for both me and my dog, and it will be the last time I use or recommend this grooming service. The picture with my dog in the shirt on the rug was the day before dropping him off at groomers I have also included picture of when I first adopted him as you can see extreme difference and never has he been shaved so low or experience these issues. I hope my dog stops shaking his ears soon after he completes his steroid. Smh truly regret this experience. Also waiver states they will let you know of anything big or small they did not and I truly believe they hide behind a waiver never have I had to sign one before. Smh

Art Of Pet Grooming is the best! My dog loves going in and coming out the same! Love her haircuts all the time we bring her once a month! Dixie is happy 😃 🐶 🐾 ❤️

Our Bella loves this place, and so do we. We are very cautious on who we allow to cut and groom our baby Bella. I highly recommend art of pet grooming we are very happy and comfortable, leaving our baby there. Our baby Bella is very comfortable there.
