I visited this spa today with a friend after seeing many positive reviews, and we each paid $159 for a 50-minute facial treatment. Unfortunately, we both left feeling extremely disappointed. The esthetician who worked on me did not ask any basic questions before starting—such as whether the pressure was comfortable or if I had any allergies. The facial itself was very minimal, with an almost nonexistent touch and absolutely no pressure. Even when wiping my face with a towel, it felt careless and rushed. What shocked me the most was that at the end, she used what seemed like body massage lotion on my face. From a technical standpoint, the entire service felt very unprofessional. I used to work as an esthetician myself, so I am very familiar with proper procedures and service flow. I also receive facials regularly (about four times a month at different places), so I have a good understanding of what a proper facial service should be like. This experience did not meet even basic standards. My friend, who received the same service in the same room, had a very similar experience. Her esthetician didn’t even cleanse her face before starting—she immediately began applying products with a brush. There was no pressure at all during the treatment, and she wasn’t even sure if a proper mask was applied. The towels used were only lukewarm and did not feel professional or therapeutic. She also left feeling like she didn’t really receive a proper facial. When we shared our disappointment at the front desk, they told us we didn’t have to leave a tip and asked us to proceed with payment. We ended up not tipping and left. Overall, I strongly feel that there needs to be significant improvement in technical skills and service quality. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the positive reviews we had seen beforehand.

My husband and I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage. His masseuse was Keith and I had Jan! Jan has such a gift. I could feel her understanding of my body in her hands. My husband says that Keith did an amazing job as well! Amazing price for the package here in Hawaii! Highly recommend Keith and Jan!

I had the most relaxing, gentle and effective facial with Jasmine. She is a wonder and left me with the glassiest skin I have had in a long time. Highly recommend Jasmine and the spa overall!

Fumie gave a great massage! She focused on the areas I asked and applied just the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend her and this spa!
