I usually love this place. This is the first nail salon I've tried and have gone back to consistently, and so far I've always received great service, most of the staff are very friendly and kind, except for this last visit. I understand they were busy and I was a walk in, but the woman that did my nails did a very poor job, my nails weren't even shaped nicely and my polish had divits at the end. I didn't even get lotion or cutile oil at the end (I usually receive this with even basic service), and my cuticles weren't taken care of and maybe she was just stressed but she wasn't very friendly either. I'm not taking off more than 1 star because I truly do love this salon and will continue to go, but I would refuse service from this last technician.
