I've been here several times and besides the cleanliness, great service, and free parking, their design options are awesome. They have such a talented staff. I've been to five different people who all were able to pull off amazing designs. The owner Rose is awesome also.

I decided to come here after seeing all the great reviews at this place, however my experience was not what I was looking for. First of all I wanna know how I booked a gel x appointment and walked out with and was charged for acrylic, I even mentioned it was my first time ever getting my nails done, I had no idea what to expect, there was no conversation of what I would like done besides he asked for a reference photo so I showed him one but said I had others if the design was too difficult, he said it would be ok. Fast forward another lady ended up actually doing my nails, and bless her soul because she seemed so flustered but I think the design was too complicated for her so it created stress. At one point the nail was painted over multiple times with the whole staff appearing to help her. I felt bad because that’s why I asked in the first place if the design was too difficult to avoid this whole situation, I had back up photos just incase, but again I feel like customer service could’ve done a better job at explaining the process or at least consulting or asking me what I was looking for. I had to take the nails off the next day because the acrylic was too thick and painful for me and my nail preference. I think this place is fine if you’re used to getting your nails done but if you’re not familiar with the process I would not suggest this place.
