I’ve been treated by both Ashley and Trenton for different issues, and they were both fantastic! The entire staff at Ascend is incredibly welcoming as well. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely supported. The team really takes the time to listen and build routines that are realistic and tailored to each person’s specific needs. You can tell their goal isn’t just short-term relief, but to help clients build the confidence and ability to truly “heal” themselves. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received here, and I would absolutely recommend Ascend to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I have been seeing Ashley thru my pregnancy and after my pregnancy for pelvic floor health. She is very knowledgeable and helped me both by knowledge and guidance. She has been a huge advocate for my health as I collaborated with others. Her bed side manor is also on point. Lots of tears on this medical journey and she always handled herself with compassion and care as she listened and we would come up with the plan of care. She definitely takes her job and clients seriously. I would recommend 100%

I was treated for vertigo. He never even touch me. The physical therapist wasn’t really trained for this problem. He said that this was his specialty. I walked out of the clinic and still had the symptoms of vertigo bad. No hands on experience. When i got back to Florida i called the VA audiologist dept. Then I was treated there and they have the hands on experience to correct my vertigo.

I am so thankful for Sam and Ascend Physical Therapy. They were recommended to me by a friend who also had debilitating lower back pain. I’d seen multiple doctors, a surgeon, and a different physical therapist and after three years was still getting less range of motion and increased pain. At the beginning of this year I spent two months unable to even walk across a room. It was at this point I started seeing Sam. Relief started immediately following my first appointment and every appointment after brought a continual increase in movement. I hadn’t driven regularly in over a year, now I drive everywhere. I was usually so locked down I couldn’t walk without limping. Now I walk straight and strong. I couldn't sit or stand for even short periods of time without excruciating pain, now every month yields longer and longer that I can go without any pain in my back. Sam has been able to correctly diagnose and treat the multiple muscle, nerve, and vertebrae issues that were going on. I have since recommended another friend to Sam who has also gone from pain that kept her from normal enjoyment of life to being almost completely pain free and continuing to get better and stronger. She’s even back to lifting weights and running. I highly recommend Ascend Physical Therapy. Their staff is personable, knowledgeable, and so much fun!

My experience with Ascend Physical Therapy has been fantastic! I was referred by my doctor who highly recommended Ascend and am very grateful that it has been such a positive experience. The office staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Lisa Swan has been awesome to work with, she is very knowledgable and offers great suggestions and exercises. She is also very kind and I can tell she genuinely cares about helping me get back to normal. If I ever need physical therapy in the future, Ascend will be my first choice without a doubt.
