We had a great experience, went in to just look but ended up getting a reclining sofa. Our salesman was David and he was great it didn’t feel like he was pushing us to buy the whole store or out of our budget which is what I usually experience at stores like this. He made sure we understood everything that came with our sofa as far as the protection plan, delivery and payment plan. We will 100% be back to see David and have him help us find any other furniture needs we have. The store also had a really good selection with some of the best prices I’ve seen around.

My wife and I were greeted by a young lady who showed us around the store! We found the furniture that we wanted! The sales personnel were informative and helpful! The only thing was the price of the delivery!

Excellent customer service by Sabrina at the new Northtown store in Spokane. She went to bat for me with her manager so that I could get a good deal in the purchase of eight dining room chairs. I only wish that the manager had chosen to honor the $50 coupon that I had downloaded on my phone. If I go back to this store for another purchase, I will definitely look for Sabrina to assist me.

Sabrina the sales floor rep, literally helped us test drive every bed until we found the right fit. My wife and I are super excited about our new temperpedic with adjustable smart base. Sabrina took the time necessary to make sure we got what we wanted/need. Super happy, recommend highly. Small investment in our health and future.
