My son wanted a spider-man themed birthday party for his 4th birthday. I had done a google search for “bouncy castles” and was amazed when I came across Astro Jump because the spider-man bouncy castle would have been the icing on the cake. I had put the request in for the bouncy castle and they got back to me right away to secure the booking. Payments were made by E-Transfer which was extremely convenient. They had delivered the bouncy castle to the address and had even set up perfectly which saved me a lot of time and stress. My son and my guests had such an amazing time (even spider-man from mascot parties had a blast with the bouncy castle). I loved how easy going and friendly the owners/employees of Astro Jump were. I would absolutely rent another bouncy castle from Astro Jump and I know a few guests at my sons birthday were also very happy with it and will be renting from Astro Jump in the future.

Easy to book online. They showed up earlier in the day, which was great for my own kids. They came to collect at 8pm as agreed and removed the whole thing without needing much attention at all. Friendly and professional. Our Bouncy-castle parties are always a hit and we’ve used them 4 times by now, that alone says something!
Such great high high-quality games available for any group. Set up is super effortless with the team coming in and doing their thing. We have used Astro Jump two years in a row and will continue to do so every year! We love that they have great options for adults and try something new every year. Our favourites: Jousting, Soccer Darts, and the Climb & Slide. We have had games on pavement and on grass and both locations work great.
This is the second year in a row that we have rented the “Splash Mountain” outdoor water slide from Astro Jump for our twin teenagers birthday! Both times have been an outstanding customer service experience! The unit arrived on time, the team who put the unit up and took it down, were fast and efficient! The birthday parties were both successful with many positive reviews from the guests on how much fun they had! I highly recommend Astro Jump!
