I cannot recommend At Ease Events enough. I was fortunate enough to work with Laura and Morgan on my October 2025 wedding. I did the 6-week package, so Laura stepped in to handle all of my vendor communications during the hectic final stretch and was so helpful in putting my mind at ease that I hadn't forgotten to do anything. I am NOT a chill person by any stretch of the imagination. But thanks to early planning & help from Laura, I was so relaxed the last two weeks before the wedding and the entire day of the wedding. The investment was worth every penny. On the day of the wedding, Laura was always two steps ahead of me (which is hard to do, if I'm being honest). She would come in to the bridal suite to check if I needed anything. Whatever I said was on my list, she had already done. Everything was taken care of and if anything went wrong, I wasn't aware of it! Laura & Morgan are an excellent team. Thanks to their coordination, everything seemed to go perfectly in terms of vendors and the flow of the day. I loved having both of them there. Don't hesitate - book them now!

I worked my first two weddings as a content creator with At Ease Events KC and she was an amazing wedding planner. Both days (the weddings couldn't have been any different) she was on top of the details, excellent communication, and a warm fellow vendor. She is a great wedding planner and I recommend!!

Hiring At Ease Events KC (owned by Laura Clark) for our wedding day in June 2025 was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Laura not only guided us through the big decisions but also paid attention to the smallest details that could have easily been overlooked. She went above and beyond in every way—offering thoughtful advice, sharing her expertise, leveraging her vast connections in the industry, and regularly checking in to ease any worries or anxieties we had (or to gently remind us about things we needed to finish). Her calm, confident approach instantly put us at ease, and we quickly found ourselves saying, “In Laura we trust” every time a curveball came our way. We truly meant it. We knew she could help us with any challenge, and she would handle it with grace, intentionality, and precision. She understood our vision, respected our priorities, and made sure everything reflected who we are as a couple. Laura’s thoughtfulness and intentional touches made the entire experience feel so personal. She finds ways to put her whole heart into every project, and our wedding was no exception. One moment that really stood out to us was when she surprised us with a personalized gift after our ceremony, a keepsake we will treasure forever (no spoilers about what the gift was). Those kinds of meaningful gestures show just how deeply she cares about her couples. On the wedding day itself, the most important thing to us was being fully present and not feeling stressed about a single detail. Laura and her incredible At Ease team completely surpassed our expectations. From coordinating vendors and keeping everything on schedule (and ahead of schedule, believe it or not) to anticipating needs before we even realized them, they ensured the day went perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which allowed us to soak in every joyful moment. Looking back, I can say with absolute certainty that our wedding day was the best day ever, and Laura is a huge reason why. She has the kindest heart, a natural gift for making people feel cared for, and the ability to get things done efficiently and beautifully. She takes charge without ever making you feel rushed or pressured, and she handles every situation with professionalism and warmth. We cannot recommend At Ease Events enough. If you want a wedding planner or coordinator who will treat your day as if it were her own, pour her heart into every detail, and give you the priceless gift of being truly present on your wedding day, Laura is the one for you. We will forever be grateful to her for making our day so magical.

If I could give more than 5 stars in every category I would. At Ease Events, specifically Laura Clark, made the wedding planning process a breeze. Personally, I am not the type that has been planning my wedding since I was a little girl, I have a very time consuming job along with a type A personality.. Laura is the type of planner/person who brainstorms with you and gives vendor suggestions as if it were her own wedding. Her personality is immediately calming and it is so easy to trust her. To prove my point, she assisted me in getting dressed in my wedding gown when I was flustered and I needed her calming presence. She went above and beyond in making timeline/programs for the day to pass out to everyone (I had not asked her to do so or knew she was going to) She made sure to have the venue save a bundle of flowers for the father of the groom who had passed years ago, to set on his grave. Her attention to detail and the way she cares about you and your day as if it were her own is so rare to find. BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING. I know I have made a lifelong friend in Laura, and I cannot wait to get together here soon. :) I must add, I have had family members and friends that attended our wedding reach out to me after to rave about her helping in every aspect of the day.

My husband and I got married on October 12th, 2024 and we worked with Laura on our big day. She was an absolute dream to work with! Hire them, NOW! I pinky promise that you won’t regret it. I am quite organized and I truly thought that I would be able to handle the wedding day on our own.. but I am beyond grateful that we hired At Ease Events. Laura was the absolute best! She was organized and beyond helpful. I even got compliments from our fellow vendors regarding how much they liked and appreciated Laura. I cannot rave about how much I appreciated Laura on our big day. She was running around making sure that everything was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. If I needed her, she was there! She took such great care of us on our special day and also the entire month before. We cannot thank Laura enough! Cheering you and your team on always!!
