Really happy with D8 Training and the Junior Gym program for my 14-year-old son Bryce. The trainers are great with kids — supportive, knowledgeable and focused on proper technique and confidence, not just weights. Bryce enjoys the sessions, looks forward to going each week, and has already grown in confidence and strength. As a parent, it’s reassuring knowing he’s training in a safe, positive environment. I keep coming to D8 strength training because I like the way I feel fitnes and stronger now, mire flexible, more energised, gradually getting my slimmer waist back, not their yet but hopefully in 12months it will be better. I have joined the over 60s strength training. I have now been to 4 one hour sessions. The groups are small normally 10 and I only go Mondays. Brooke is great at showing and explaining exercises. The groups are lovely...walk in an you get a nice hi and smiles from everyone. Could I do the exercises on my own. Can, but it is nice to have the encouragement
