I regret not signing up when they opened 3 years ago. What a great studio! Beautifully designed and smells nice. There are many Pilates Reformer studios along Unley road, and they're all different and you just have to find one that suits your needs. If you're injured, require adjustments and have the option to go easy, moderate or hard during a class, that's Club Pilates. The instructors are fantastic, dynamic and charismatic. Be careful though, they might seem nice, but you'll be cursing their name during a workout after feeling certain muscles activate that you didn't know existed. As a Yogi and yoga instructor, Pilates gives you a different kind of workout and should be a part of every body's practice. I started off with Mat Pilates over a decade ago whilst doing Iyengar and tried a couple of Reformer studios here in Adelaide after moving from Sydney. Gave up and stuck with yoga. 5 years later, tried again and now doing 3-4 classes per week. Highly recommend Club Pilates for a beginner, mixed discipline training and improving mobility, strength and energy levels.

Very convenient as they offer one class a week payment plan. Easy communication with the lovely owner Mandy. Michelle, Georgie and Sarah are all fantastic teachers. Bathroom always clean and I like that they use Alive hand wash. Ample car park at the back.

I've been going to Club Pilates for about 8 months and I LOVE it. Every single class is different so I've never been bored and the 50 minutes always flies by! The instructors are helpful and enthusiastic and the equipment is the best quality. Everyone is very welcoming and it is not at all an intimidating environment. I've been a gym goer since I was a teen but the strength and stability I've built by doing just one class a week is noticeable.

I’ve been attending Club Pilates Unley for just under two months now, as Pilates was recommended for me by my running coach to improve my flexibility and for injury prevention. I have loved every class I’ve done so far, and they are quite challenging… I can feel the muscles used for days afterwards! The instructors are amazing at providing feedback on technique so that you are safe and getting the best session possible. The equipment is all the best available and no class is ever the same!
