AO is hands-down the best place to work out. They have multiple time options for each type of class they offer, which means you can easily get a class in even if your schedule changes. The environment is welcoming and fun, and the coaches are all incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive. Even in a large class, the coaches make a point to go around and make sure everyone is doing well, answer any questions, and modify/correct form when necessary. AO makes working out so much fun.
I started going to AO on Classpass a couple of years ago. When I moved into the neighborhood I took the leap and joined full time. Absolutely the best decision I’ve made. A welcoming environment, amazing trainers and staff. I look forward to making it in as often as I can.
This gym is an inclusive space with friendly, welcoming coaches (who are going to kick your butt during a workout). Everyone is very knowledgeable and can give modification to an exercise if needed. The community of people who workout at this gym, the people who own and run the gym, and the people who work at the gym is what keeps me coming back year after year! Yall. There are not enough words I could use to rave about this gym. I haven't committed to a gym membership in years and thought I was a ClassPass girlie for life. That was until my first AO class. This gym is lightning in a bottle. The programming is dynamic, engaging and effective. It's designed to help you challenge yourself week over week. The different classes between AO Strength, AO Fit and AO Power really allow you to find something tailored to your goals. I currently have the 8 class monthly membership as I am also training for a race but see myself upgrading to unlimited in the future. Now let's talk about the instructors -- the literal BEST. every single one is so engaged in your personal journey and locked in on how to help. I brought a friend with me on my third class and she was like 'are you sure you haven't been coming here for years, they are acting like they've known you forever'. If you are looking for a fun, intentional, challenging place to get fit and stay fit look no further! Love my AO family!!
I have been coming to AO for about a year now through ClassPass. This is the first gym I’ve found in Austin where the classes are really focused on lifting heavy and having good form. I wanted to strength train but was sick of going to the big box gyms and having to wait for equipment. Here you get the best of both worlds - class reservations and good strength training and coaching! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and fun. My only regret is that I didn’t find AO sooner!!
