I dropped my Lenovo Yoga Core i7 due to its slow processing. I paid about $500 for a new processor. It took forever to get word on the progress; they are not too responsive with the status of your order. I picked up my laptop and noticed the S, backspace, space bar, and W keys were not working. took the laptop back. The young lady noticed the issue, but the technician did not or ignored it. Now I have to use a secondary keyboard to type without issues. I repeat, computers are cheap now. I now have to buy a new laptop; luckily, they cost about as much as what I spent on a new processor chip. Do not repair your PC; just buy a new one.

Recently discovered this place after Geeksquad from Bestbuy was unable to resolve the issues from my phone (frozen display, charging port not working, swollen battery, etc..). The owners were able to fix many of my issues and quoted me very reasonable prices for all the repairs I had to do. They even offered me a free, used screen display since I kept having problems with my old one and the one I bought recently. I highly recommend this business for their high quality services, exceptional customer service, and fair costs.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. This place clearly preys on people who don't know anything about computers and gets away with it. I brought them my laptop right before I went off to college to get it repasted because it was overheating (60°C resting temp, high 80°s under stress) because I really didn't have time to do it myself with the stress of moving a few days later. First of all, just for the repaste they quoted me over $200 because they would have to "take everything out" which is just a flat lie, all you'd have to do is take off the back panel and pop off the cooling unit, which takes maybe 10 mins tops. I was in a hurry, so I just said whatever and paid it anyways. I get my laptop back, and the overheating issue hadn't changed at all. My laptop is quite old (6 years at this point) so I chalked it up to age. A couple months go by, and the overheating significantly worsens, reaching 90°+ under stress. I order new thermal paste and pop the back off only to see visible paste through the cooling unit. Turns out, they didn't even bother removing the old paste (pink) and just slathered the new paste over it. The old paste was completely solid by now and everything was caked on so badly it took 6 cleaning wipes, scraping, and more alcohol to get it all off. It was literally everywhere!!!! And, shocker to no one, after finally getting all of it off and applying a new, normal amount, the temp dropped by 40°C. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. I would never return here, nor would I recommend anyone else to try them out.

This is the only place I will have fix my computer. Always 100% satisfaction. Competitive pricing. Excellent customer service. They set realistic expectations and follow-through. Recently I took an older computer to them because it would not turn on. I need to keep it because it has old software including some Adobe products that are no longer available without a subscription. They fixed my computer and made sure all existing software was intact. A couple years ago I spilled water on my computer and it went into a coma. Eek! !Atlanta Computer Solutions to the rescue. When I told my son Andrew that I took the computer to them, he said "they are fair and honest " . I agree. They have always been able to fix my computer problems, and their rates are reasonable and competitive. I never feel like they are making up prices based on my level of desperation, or perceived ability to pay.
