We were splurging for a friends birthday. The bread and butter was very tasteful. Ordered a wine bottle. Ordered a hot black tea it was very good and not like other teas I have had and the honey for the tea was so sweet and nice. For appetizer we shared the pork belly glazed lollipop the sauce was the best part. My two friends had two different salads it looked good but I did not try it . I had the lobster bisque . The pepper really helped enhance the soup I feel like it would have just been average with out it. My friend ordered steak Diane prepared table side had a very good presentation. I tried the steak Diane I think it was all right but my friend really liked it . It was good but not something I would order . It just tasted average but the table side preparation experience made it better. Me and my other friend shared the aged rib eye . I had it medium rare it seemed a little too rare . Maybe it was just the meat cut at this location . This steak was very good not bad in any way but nothing extra special or over the top just a little mediocre. I think an over the top steak or phenomenal steak example is the tomahawk steak at Ruth Chris. For sides we got garlic mash potatoes , corn, and Brussel sprouts . The corn and Brussels sprouts had bacon I did not like the corn with the bacon I think it would taste better with out the bacon but all the sides were good over average. Their desserts however are over the top . We had a baked Alaska free dessert it was amazing a little disappointed it wasn’t a menu ordering option it was the best dessert they had and should sell one for purchase. We also order banana foster table side prepared and the last dessert was caramel pretzel sphere . All the desserts were amazing but the best one was the free dessert for birthday that is not on the menu. Lastly I wanted to recognize our severs . We had two servers a female named Alex and a male named Alex . Their hospitality was truly amazing and what made this experience greater than the food . We will be returning because of the service all the food came out very fast . Our bill was right under $500 which I feel is on the cheaper side for everything that we recieved we also bartered dessert drinks . Visited on 01/28

A phenomenal dining experience at Atlantis Steakhouse in Reno! The service was impeccable, with staff ensuring our drinks were always full and the bread was plentiful. The Blanton's Old Fashioneds were superb. I highly recommend the T-bone steak. The must-try highlight, however, is the ice cream flambe dessert, theatrically made tableside with cream and liquid nitrogen. Fantastic atmosphere and exceptional quality.

Edit: the manager called and was very helpful. Due to his response to this situation I would like to add a star. Honestly, all of our previous experiences there have been wonderful. Well they forgot our coffee cake at the end and the scallops came out barely warm but it otherwise good. We asked to pay but bill was given to my brother. For $800 nothing should have been forgotten. Server was friendly and for the most part great, but a strong finish would have been good for the price. Oh and the topper is the lid for the sauce was broken and we now have lemon aoli all over our ribeye. So they didn’t box our items up correctly.

Best steakhouse in Reno. The service was absolutely amazing, the best service we’ve ever had. Food was timed perfectly and you get so much more for your money here. If you want to go out for a nice evening and impress your guests, this is the place to go. They give fresh hot towels at the beginning and end of service, a small little dish before your meal arrives, and gave us coffee cake in a to go bag before we left for the next morning.

Went with a group of foodie friends. I love the table service! Steak Diane and banana foster were both excellent. Although a bit loud the food is very good. Wait staff was almost over attentive. Kept repeatedly trying to grab plates when not completed. But very courteous.
