I have taken multiple items for repair to them over the years, from re-coning subs, to powered monitor and amp repair and the service has always been first rate. Gordon is always cordial and service oriented. When they have been backed up he’s always let me know up front as a number of my repairs are for clients of mine. Highly recommend!

After opening up my Turbosound subwoofer for repair I found out they they had installed a lower rated woofer than what should have been thus blowing it. He indicated that the "program power" can be doubled which is totally false information. The woofer that was installed was rated for 1200 watts program and my amplifier can give peaks up to 2200 watts which he then indicated is just marketing mumbo jumbo. The owner is pompous and speaks down to me when the reality is that he is wrong about this situation. This was a warranty job that the manufacturer paid him to do and he chose to replace the driver cheap and pocket the rest. Do not take your gear here!

These guys are great!!!! I walked in when they were about to close and they took care of me. When I say they took care of me, I mean they didn't just log my repair in their system, they actually fixed my turntable. Granted, the issue with my turntable was something that wasn't too complex, but I was prepared to leave it . Instead, I was told to wait and found myself leaving with a fully repaired piece of equipment. Amazing service in a time when most want more money for little work and service. Oh, and they had chocolate out for Valentine's Day! Yeah, they have a customer for life in me.

AVOID this shop for GUITAR AMP repairs!!! I dropped off my amp on July 3rd and clearly asked if I could get it back by late August because of gigs and recording sessions. They said it would take weeks, which I understood. But after a month of silence, I had to chase them with emails and calls—only to find out they hadn’t even started. I had to spend extra for a backup plan. By mid-September, they told me the amp was “fixed” and claimed they removed a faulty capacitor. When I picked it up, the same noise issue was still there. I sent them a video, and they said they’d send it to the manufacturer. No updates until Nov 4th, when they finally forwarded the video. When I asked what was done to the amp, they first said the capacitor was replaced—then admitted they did nothing. Yes, they lied. Even after that, my case had no priority. On Nov 20th, they concluded the capacitor was factory-installed and my amp was “fine.” They never notified me—I had to call again on Dec 4th to get my amp back. After five months, I paid about $200, got the same amp back, and missed months of use. They refused any refund or apology and kept blaming me for wanting it “fast.” They repeatedly promised “next week” and never delivered. If you’re a guitar player, don’t choose this shop. Maybe they’re better with mixers or other pro audio gear, but for amps, this was a nightmare: poor communication, broken promises, and outright dishonesty.
