Wife to Bramer Stevens here giving my review. Trey R at uBreakiFix on Lenox Rd was very helpful and knowledgeable on replacing to the battery my Samsung S22 mobile phone. I was happy to know replacing the battery didn't wipe out info stored on my phone. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their device to get repairs at uBreakiFix.

They had the parts necessary to fix my mom's Samsung z-flip 4 phone, and they fixed the issues in less than 24 hours. I also highly recommend them because they are next to 2 very good restaurants. The sushi spot next door is amazing.

I brought my Alienware Aurora R16 gaming pc (a nearly new, high-end desktop) to uBreakiFix on Lennox Road for cleaning after a house fire. I’ve always taken impeccable care of my PC, and it was only a few months old. When I got it home and powered it on, I immediately received a fan/pump error, and the system shut down to protect itself. Looking through the clear case, I discovered the AIO liquid cooler hanging loose — completely detached from the CPU. If I hadn’t caught it right away, it could have caused serious damage. To make matters worse, the white fan blades were still covered in soot, proving the cleaning wasn’t even done properly. I trusted this location for professional service, but what I got was negligent work and zero attention to detail. I’ll be canceling my Asurion protection plan and won’t be returning. Extremely disappointed — this experience has shaken my confidence in uBreakiFix’s workmanship and quality control.
