Incredibly hard working staff that will make every effort to accommodate you and your needs. Very efficient, high quality work and fair prices. You could not find a better place to take your device! I had a multitude of complex desktop PC issues which were no problem for Kyatech.
Laptop display stopped working, so I reached out to KYATECH. Was able to drop off the device with Ali same-day. I didn't hear back for a day, but after calling again, Ali had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. Turns out the motherboard was completely shot and I'll need to get it replaced. I forgot I was under warranty, but it was the first thing Ali asked and he recommended it as the cheapest option. Refused to take payment for the diagnostic and was overall very polite and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back for any future tech issues!
I went to get my phone repaired today, and I'm very grateful I went to Kyatech! The technician, Ali, was very professional and knowledgable. He completely replaced my phone screen in two hours and even gave me some advice for maintaining my phone. I would definitely recommend this store! I'd also recommend booking an appointment instead of walking in.

THE REAL DEAL! 💻🔥 A full cup of water spilled on my MacBook while it was open—and I thought it was completely over. I urgently needed it fixed fast. I first went to a repair shop in Kennesaw and paid $100 just for them to tell me they’d have to ship it off for a motherboard replacement (not repair), with a 3–4 week turnaround… and no guarantee it would even work! Then I found Ali at KYATECH. From the moment I explained the issue, I knew he was different. He was upfront, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. No fluff. No guessing. Even though he had to order a chip for my repair, he got everything done in just 3 DAYS. 🙏🏽 That kind of turnaround with this level of motherboard repair? Nearly impossible to find in Atlanta. Most places don’t even do this work in-house! I’m so grateful. My MacBook logged in right where I left off before the accident—like it never happened 😭 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Trust me, he won’t fail you. I’ve attached photos of the damage (he sent the photos before the repair), along with proof of this miracle repair. Thank you a million times over! 💪🏽✨
