It took a while for the proprietor to contact me but once we connected he was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my equipment and turn the repair around much quicker than I was expecting.

Listening to Traffic's Low Spark live in all of its glory on my Technics turntable and Sansui amp thanks to Bryan. If you want a true craftsman with the knowledge and skill he is the guy.

Honest audio diagnostics. I took my 12 yo NAD C375BEE monster integrated amplifier in for standby issues. Brian tested it and found no issues other than it was running hot, which it has always been like that, and I always questioned it and kept an eye on it. Brian addressed the hot issue and told me what was causing it. Brian told me to check my speakers for impedance issues. Bingo. My speakers had gone south. They were 12 years old Thank you Brian.

Foolishly I purchased a Rotel receiver on eBay. The seller was a brick and mortar electronic store in New York so I felt somewhat comfortable believing that the unit was in fine condition as they said. After listening to the receiver for less than 5 minutes I noticed that the Left Channel was noticeably more quiet than the right Channel and the sound was broken up. I was so disappointed. I took the receiver to audiomart service and was told that they would get back with me in a few days with an estimate. Two days later I got a call explaining what the problem was and how much the repair would be. The Left Channel problem was caused by a shorted resistor and they replaced it. What impressed me most is that while they had the receiver they did a thorough check on it and found a voltage leak that was sending a constant 2 volt DC current through my right speaker at all times which over time, would damage the voice coil. The Rotel receiver was ready to pick up a few hours after I OK'd the work. When I got it home I played my most challenging music from mfsl albums and SACD's and the receiver sounded fantastic. The people at audiomart service are courteous and professional. They communicate well and do fine work for a reasonable price. I recommend them highly. Mark One year later, I took a newly acquired Technics SL-1610 for a checkover and installation/allignment of a new cartridge. Again, they did outstanding work and turn-around was just a couple of days.

Sent them my NAD receiver in January 2005. It is now September. I have sent many emails and called numerous times - unable to contact them. Are they still in business? They have my $2000 receiver and I don't know how to get it back.
