It was a pleasure working with Audra Heller & Associates. I found them by asking to see a home they had listed. The realtor was a gentleman named Ronnie. He was a kind person asked if I needed assistance helping to find a home and we met to go over what I was looking for. I previously had another realtor who I thought was perfect but things did not turn out well for us and we parted. He cared and he worked hard to help me find the perfect home. He had many people on his team and those few months I trusted him and felt he had my best interest it must have been faith but with his hard work I had found my home. Tonya, with Audra Heller & Associates, was amazing to work with. First she worked hard to sell our house through advertising and and 2 open houses. Then she listened to what type of house we were looking for and set up multiple appointments until we found our forever home. With the new house being a new construction, she worked endlessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was how it should be even after closing documents were signed. Cortney worked behind the scenes to make sure all documents needed were signed promptly. She sent us reminder notices, utility companies to contact, and things to expect in the next step of the process. It made things easy to track. We also love how we were discretely celebrated on social media both after we sold our previous home and then closed on our new home. It just gave us the warm fuzzies.
