Mike and Austin did a great job laying out the process and even during the purchase I had some issues I wanted fixed and they had excellent recommendations on contractors. Even after the purchase was complete I was impressed with the follow up and quick communication. I figured after the sale was done they would be long gone but that was not the case. I had some questions about my home warranty and was pleased with the quick reply. I am completely happy with our home purchase but if I ever plan to sell the Gunselman group will the first people I call when I do sell my house. My favorite part of the process was the complete honesty when I asked a question regardless if it wasn't the answer I wasn't looking for. Bar none the best experience I have had buying a house.
