This was my first time buying a home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with Cari Pruessner and KC Local Homes. Cari walked me through what I could expect every step of the way, listened to my concerns, and validated my feelings. She found the balance between supporting me and being honest about what I could expect. I highly recommend Cari and the KC Local Homes team.

I’m extremely happy with the service provided by this real estate agent. They were professional, organized, and always available when I needed assistance. Their understanding of the market helped me make informed decisions, and they negotiated effectively on my behalf. The entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout, and I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend their services.

We were referred to KC Local Homes by a friend in 2023. We just closed on a house and we couldn't have dont it without Heather and Crysti. They have toured many homes with us and were very understanding when we took a 2 year break due to a house falling through due to the seller. Once we were ready to look again they jumped right back in and helped us close a deal. We dont see them as just our realtors but as friends as well, over 3 years to build a relationship means a lot. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy you will not regret it!

Heather and her team went above and beyond for me during one of the most difficult times of my life. While I was grieving the loss of my fiancé, they not only helped me find a new home but also secured an incredible deal. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel supported and protected when I was most vulnerable. What truly sets KC Local Homes apart is that they are actively changing the landscape of Kansas City real estate—moving it away from the legacy of redlining and toward a future that is welcoming, fair, and inclusive for everyone. Working with a team that leads with both heart and purpose meant everything to me. I trusted them completely, and they never let me down. I will always work with KC Local Homes and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As a first time home buyer I was a bit scared and uninformed on what all went into the process of buying a home. Eva and her team made sure I was thoroughly informed from the very beginning and they made it clear how much they care about their clients. They connected me with other amazing people who had my best interest and that made this whole process as smooth as it can go. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team and I made lifelong relationships. Thank you all so much again!

KC Local Homes was phenomenal! Eva Geiger in particular was outstanding. As a first time homebuyer, she walked me through the process patiently and effectively. She was constantly going to bat for me, looking for good potential fits, and offering advice. The only sadness I have about the process it that it's over- it was a joy to work through!
