This is the Top Spa place to goto for Treatments. Your relaxed as soon as you enter the door... The lava shell& hot stone massages are magic as the facials... The full body massage is a treat for the body and mind.. ...book and you will never want to leave... All the beauticians and reception staff are helpful and lovely ...

Am I the only one who finds the counter staff quite cold—almost unpleasant? I’ve never found them particularly friendly on any of my visits, which is why I felt compelled to write a review. When I walked in today to buy a gift voucher and said “Good morning,” there were no smiles, just a blunt, “Do you have an appointment?” After completing the purchase, I was met with an equally cold, “Do you want to buy a gift bag for 60 pence?” Given the nature of the business, I would recommend having a more personable member(s) of staff at the front desk. First impressions do last I can only hope the spa treatment itself is more pleasant.

As a man who doesn’t have a spray tan done often. I was made to feel incredibly at ease. Each step was communicated. Edel has great knowledge, experience of this treatment and because of this I was very happy with the result. Thank you and I will return.. Darren..

Chloe was my therapist and she is such a lovely lady. Very friendly and very professional. Did everything exactly how I like and I can highly recommend her. She made my appointment fly by and waxing was very comfortable. Great experience. Thanks.
