We had a fantastic experience with Agnieszka in store, she was patient and accommodating as we both tried on multiple rings when selecting our wedding bands. It was relaxed and we felt no pressure whatsoever. We both selected rings on the day and have now picked them up and we love them so much!! Massive thank you again to Agnieszka for all her help!

We visited the A&B to choose an engagement ring and had a fantastic experience. Dorota was our consultant and she was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I showed her my wishlist from their online store, and she took the time to show me all of my options, explaining the different cuts and sizes clearly. We never felt rushed and left having chosen my engagement ring, which was surprisingly reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend Dorota or this jewellers more highly.

Had a great experience at Austen and Blake in Edinburgh when buying my engagement ring for my now fiancée. Shona and Dorota were both so helpful and friendly throughout the process. The ring itself is also beautiful and my fiancée is delighted with it!

I had a great experience choosing an engagement ring. Angnieszka was really friendly and knowledgeable and there was no pressure when choosing what ring we wanted. The staff were open and honest with answers to all the questions we had. It made it a special experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Came into buy an engagement ring. Jaideep was amazing, 10/10. He immediately put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took me through the entire process and explained every aspect of the ring. Out of all the ring shops I visited, this was by far the best. I took the ring in a month later to get it resized and Jaideep was again very helpful - ring is now resized and perfect. We will likely buy our wedding rings from Austen and Blake as well due to the service from Jaideep
