Dorota was our consultant and she was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I showed her my wishlist from their online store, and she took the time to show me all of my options, explaining the different cuts and sizes clearly. We never felt rushed and left having chosen my engagement ring, which was surprisingly reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend Dorota or this jewellers more highly.

Came into buy an engagement ring. Jaideep was amazing, 10/10. He immediately put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took me through the entire process and explained every aspect of the ring. Out of all the ring shops I visited, this was by far the best. I took the ring in a month later to get it resized and Jaideep was again very helpful - ring is now resized and perfect. We will likely buy our wedding rings from Austen and Blake as well due to the service from Jaideep
