Loved my experience here! The booking process was easy to use. The staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. What a welcoming environment. The jewellery available was STUNNING making it difficult to choose from. I initially booked in for two ear piercings with Sarah Crowe, but ended up getting three. Sarah was chatty, honest and warm. I felt so comfortable from start to finish. Can't wait to go back!

Such a lovely experience in store today. Staff were so welcoming and super knowledgeable! Travelled through from Glasgow to have my Tragus pierced and I am so delighted with the results! Will definitely be back in the near future for some other additions 🥰

I had my daith pierced by Sarah and oh my goodness, I cannot rate her higher. She was so lovely and professional from start to finish and the team helped me find the perfect earring that fitted perfectly. I love my new bit of sparkle and would recommend Laura Bond 100%. The staff is just wonderful. He is very sociable. However, the 14k gold darkened after 5 months. I do not go to the pool or sauna, but the condition of the gold earring looks terrible. It's my first piercing, and it was only when I was in the salon filling out the form that I realised my piercing was going to be too big, and if I wanted my earring to look good after the power was on, I'd need to replace the clasp for £60. It upset me. They didn't even explain it to me when they did the piercing. I'm disappointed with that. Although the staff is incredibly nice and kind. And the earrings are very nice, but not as good as I expected

Another fantastic experience from start to finish at Laura Bond. Back for the third time this year to have my tragus and conch pierced by the lovely Sarah Crowe! Cannot recommend highly enough, quality of the jewellery, staff and piercers are amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you again!
