We bought my engagement ring from Macintyres 18 months ago. We went back last week to buy an eternity ring & once again the service was absolutely first class. I wasn’t really sure what style I wanted so Mairi showed us literally every eternity ring in the shop & provided fantastic advice as to what style of ring would sit well with my engagement & wedding rings. You truly are made to feel like a VIP when shopping at Macintyres. No pressure, no rush & it is apparent that it is very important to the staff that customers leave the shop with exactly the right choice. Wonderful shopping experience & I would highly recommend Macintyres. I’ll hopefully see you again next year Maz!!

As soon as we walked in, Saja greeted us with eye contact and such a warm, welcoming approach. I came in hoping to have my ring resized, and although she explained they weren’t doing resizings until January, she immediately offered a solution without hesitation. She helped me fit a huggie that worked perfectly for my ring and was incredibly patient while I tried it on (and struggled a bit to take it off!). She was super kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole experience. To top it off, she even gave both me and my partner a chocolate as we were leaving, which was especially thoughtful since my partner had wandered off at one point. Such lovely service, we’ll definitely be back!

We were welcomed by Saja and she was so helpful with my request regarding having my rings made larger. She was so kind when I struggled to remove them, gave excellent advice and cleaned my rings for me. I will be back in January to go ahead with having my rings altered. Thank you!

From my recent experience I can highly recommend Macintyres of Edinburgh. I ordered a pricey watch (by my standards lol) on their website. I received an instant confirmation email and was able to track the progress via my account, which gave me some reassurance.The watch arrived next day (amazingly) by Royal Mail special delivery. So I found them to be very efficient with good communication. A good business.
