I cannot recommend Teresa enough! She is a great coach who truly wants you to succeed. All aspects of my job search have become better after talking to her. She gives you confidence in the tools you have to boast your job searching. She helped me get out of a rut in my job search and gave me the energy and tools to start up again. Highly recommend her services!

The program at PathUp with Coaching from Teresa was exactly what I needed to start the journey. The assignments/chapters were insightful, creative, and extremely helpful to learn about who I am as an individual and the roles and jobs I would look for. Teresa has a strong background in coaching and our conversations were productive and I learned a lot from our coaching sessions. The resources provided throughout the course are great! It is scary enough to attempt a career change, but through Teresa and PathUp, that journey seemed less scary and I felt more empowered. I would recommend this program to anyone!

It was great working with Teresa! She is such a great person and it helped me a lot with my career journey and to find out what I'd be interested in. Her experience and patience working with people made me feel more confident on the path that I chose, understood and listened. Her resources helped me discover and understand myself more and be more confident in my future. I would recommend Teresa anytime, she is great to work with!

Teresa is an incredible coach to work with. She takes a very holistic approach, getting down to the root of your strengths and passions. Teresa is the kind of coach that will empower you to search for the answers within to find a career that fits you best. Before working with Teresa, I felt overwhelmed with the idea of changing careers and what would be a better fit for me. After working with her, I can confidently say I have chosen to explore a path that feels more authentic to me and I am super excited about it! Teresa helped to guide me along my journey, keep me accountable, and challenge me when I had limiting beliefs. Teresa was great, she really helped me work through my doubts and narrow down a new path in a structured way. She balanced the practical and emotional side of changing careers and by the end I had a structured set of steps to help me make a career switch. Highly recommend!
