Absolutely recommend! A+. First, convenience and customer service. I expire next month, but a hole opened up in my schedule and I thought I would try get it done early. Even though it was last minute they got me in the class. And they sent a follow up text with time and directions so I could smartphone the location! Awesome. The class it self was great, thorough, and there was a lot of hands on, everyone got a turn to become comfortable, not just to "demonstrate". Usually I take this in the hospital with about 30 other people and everyone just wants to take the test and skills check. And there is no time wasted here either, but Andres has structured the class so everyone gets practice even if they were shy, or afraid to admit that they needed some more, and I think that is VERY COOL. The class had lay people as well as veteran providers. Great service, great price, great relaxed atmosphere. Don't know what else to say. ----> Thanks Andres!
A few months back I put together a group of employees to get CPR certified and Andres was very flexible with dates he could come to us! The class was very informative and he was very efficient with our time. Most recently, I misplaced my CPR card and Andres did not skip a beat with emailing me a copy within 30min of me calling! Great service and great information. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend them if you need to renew or get your CPR certification.
I have taken quite a few CPR training classes before, but none of them were as educational and enjoyable as this one. Andres kept the class professional, but fun. He didn't mind questions and was very good about explaining of the changes that had occurred since the last time I took a CPR class. He knew that myself and the others in my class had all taken many CPR classes in the past, and only needed a refresher course, not a beginner course. He was respectful of the class's time, but still made sure we knew the information that was necessary. The members of the class I attended walked away with laminated CPR cards, keychain CPR life keys, and a CPR reminder card to keep handy. I have and will continue to recommend Andres Lopez at Austin CPR Experts to anyone needing CPR in the Austin area!
I highly recommend Austin CPR Experts. I actually registered for the class I took the same day and was able to get in! They have a great schedule of classes available. The instructor was very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. I will definitely do all my renewals with Austin CPR Experts, have recommended a number of friends and will continue to do so!
