A couple of years ago I had bought a new car with a warranty that included Auto Repair Express as a mechanic in my area. I picked them because of location. Not only was I impressed by how they took care of me when I was in a highly stressful situation with my vehicle, they cared for me in a way that’s made me come back again and again for their service. I now call them for every service on my car. Tito has been so informative and so transparent with me about the work that needs to be done and explains it to me throughly, so that I understand what it is I’m doing. I’ve also run into the owner a few times who treated me just as kindly, which isn’t something I’m used to coming across at a repair shop. I highly recommend Tito and Auto Repair Express to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and affordable mechanic. They’re the best!

I called asked if they could get me in for a oil spoke to Tito he said come right in super fast and friendly he let me know my filters need changed I told him I had my own wasn’t pushy like some other places he also let me know my axels were pushing grease out took pictures to show me super helpful my axels are under warranty so good to know anyway that’s my experience I recommend

Tito is an honest and friendly great guy. I have had my car and my daughters car worked on. The price quotes are reasonable. He also always lets you know if you need anything else and what the cost will be so if you want it fix right then or later on. I would definitely recommend.

Tito was a big help , very commutative, very friendly , reassured me that my car was in good hands and will do his best and he did just that kept me updated on all the repairs .. dealt with my warranty company and was able to get the job done in a timely manner.. super appreciative and grateful for the team at the shop.. thanks again
