From the first time that I went to Newcastle Auto Services, they have been excellent to deal with, professional in their approach and have made suggestions to keep my car in top top condition. I am retiring at the end of this year but I will travel an hour from the Central Coast to have my services done. Great business, and great staff!

Absolutely amazing service, was a 2 week wait for the service from when we inquired and I can see why, the place is immaculately clean, I can't remember the gentlemans name we dropped the car off to but he was very helpful, he called to let us know our car was actually missing a previous service (as we'd only recently purchased the car and I don't know anything about reading a log book) explained the cost and everything else before just going ahead with it, everything works to perfection especially the brakes since receiving our car back, will definitely be back in the 6 months time I don't think we will go anywhere else. Highly highly recommend! - Alira & Jack, 2 very happy customers 😊

Craig and Karen run the most absolute professional mechanic business in Newcastle outstanding in every way could not recommend them highly enough. They are always booked and that’s because they are so good at what they do, but you are always booked in afterwards I have been taking my fleet of vehicles there for over 10 years and they have never missed a beat.
