Sadie is one of a kind. She's incredibly talented and truly great at what she does. Her coaching is patient and encouraging while still pushing you in the best way. The tiny adjustments she makes help you feel the movement correctly and relieve pressure or pain in the movements. 10/10 recommend her class! She focuses on form and gives the best analogies and adjustments to help you master each movement and feel it exactly where she intends.
I’ve been coming to this studio since it opened and it’s been nothing short of an incredible experience! I’ve been able to try every class - mat, reformer, and tower and Katie has been an incredible instructor since the start. It was not my first time doing Pilates but it was my first time doing tower Pilates and I’ve absolutely LOVED it! After 3 months, I’ve noticed my body is significantly stronger and fit. Highly recommend!
Been coming to this studio since it opened and absolutely love it!!! Katie is a wonderful instructor and has really helped me progress in Pilates over the last few months. I’ve been doing Pilates for a little over 6 months and can see and feel the changes with my regular weightlifting training and just how my body moves better. Can’t recommend this studio enough! I started as a newbie with Katie at a previous studio. Once she opened her own studio up it was the extra push I needed to add more classes into my routine each week. Love that this studio offers smaller class sizes with the ability to get more individual help and instruction during each session. They offer a variety of different classes between reformer, tower and mat classes all of which are hard work and very fun at the same time. The other instructors here are amazing as well. Wanna give a huge shout out to Sadie as well. Her classes may be early but totally worth it to get me out of bed to start my day off right!
I met Katie a few months back and fell in love with her teaching and just her whole vibe. I’m pumped she has her own studio now and that there aren't 5,000 people in there or a stress inducing environment. She is very hands on which I think is a reason some of us take a guided class in the first place. She also offers praise as well. Then I will be riding on that high the rest of the day. Love her!
