We used AZ Discount Party Rentals for our wedding dance floor, and they did a fantastic job! The setup was smooth and efficient, and the dance floor looked amazing—just as we envisioned. I used AZ Discount Party Rentals for tables and chairs for my daughter’s bridal shower. They were very easy to work with. They provided the quote, contract and coordinated the delivery entirely via text, which I loved. The delivery people were also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give them 5 stars because the tables and chairs were delivered filthy. I had 3 people help me clean them and it took us 6 hours to get them looking acceptable! This was my first time hosting a party that required rentals so I’m not sure if this is normal. One would think if this company supplies equipment for weddings and other elegant events, they would make sure the equipment is well cared for.

Arizona Discount Party Rentals were overall awesome. I would absolutely book with them again and recommend them to anyone I know. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I loved that I received a heads up for drop off and pickup time. A few areas for improvement: I had noted that drop off time had to be after 3pm multiple times and got a text at 1 that the drop off driver was 25 minutes away. They were graceful and came back later (after 3) but it was a little frustrating since I had confirmed the drop of time with multiple people and that info wasn’t given to the people who needed it. I received two linens that had burn holes in them. I could tell that the dry cleaning company they used marked them with a small tag that they had burn holes, but the tag was so small that no one noticed them. The pickup driver was extremely apologetic about it, and we had table runners that covered it anyway, but for the price of the linens I wish it was noticed prior to drop off. Finally, the tables were filthy. Our wedding party did the setup and their hands were black afterwards. These tables would have not been acceptable if we didn’t have linens, which is maybe the point since we did had linens. Again, overall I would book with them again. Mistakes happen and these weren’t anything huge. Just something to note of in the future :)

Love this company - they have supplied tables and chairs for my cookie decorating party the last few years (200+ guests) and will do my daughter's bridal shower as well. Easy to work with, great prices, ALWAYS on time, and friendly, courteous delivery personnel. Would not rent anywhere else. Oh, they also have kid-sized tables and chairs, which is how I found them originally.

We needed outdoor heaters for my son's 40 birthday party. AZ Discount Party Rentals offered great prices and customer service. They have a great selection of party items to choose from. Communication was clear and efficient and drop off and pick up times were kept. We had a great experience and would recommend them for all your party needs!
