We absolutely loved working with Hillary for our wedding! Not only is her talent incredible but she's also a genuinely wonderful person to work with. We didn't have an exact idea of the type of photos we wanted, but Hillary was absolutely on it and had great ideas for shots and locations! We would definitely recommend her!

We are so grateful we hired Hillary as our wedding photographer! Hillary did both our engagement and wedding photos. Our engagement photos were amazing, and she captured us so naturally and beautifully. We so appreciated how comfortable she made us feel and her goofy spirit to lighten our photo session. On our wedding day last week, she was an absolute rockstar—hustling nonstop, staying upbeat, and patiently getting us posed perfectly even in 95+ degree heat. She made sure we got all the pictures we wanted, posed and candid, and was so creative in our locations and poses. She made us feel comfortable and cared for, and her energy helped make the day feel even more joyful. We can't wait to see the magic she worked behind the lens!

Highly recommend Hillary (Azena Photography). She was great to work with - easy to communicate with, quick to respond. And we're so happy with our photos! We had a small elopement style wedding at the Wisconsin State Capitol. Hillary brought such great energy to the day, and we appreciated her taking charge of every situation - telling us where to go and what to do, etc. There is a lot happening on wedding day and it was so helpful to have someone take the lead. Also grateful for how quickly we received a "sneak peek" of our photos and our full album shortly after that. Thank you, Hillary, for helping make our wedding day perfect!

I would give 10 stars if I could and would share every single photo if I could as well! Hillary at Azena Photography was an absolute perfect fit for our engagement and wedding photos! It was important to us to work with someone who would get all the shots we asked for and have fun doing it! Our bridal party had an absolute blast working with her as well. Thank you for your hard work and attentiveness! We will cherish these photos with our family and friends for the rest of our lives.

I cannot recommend Hillary as a wedding photographer strongly enough! I met Hillary at a wedding expo in early 2018 and was immediately drawn to her vibrant portraits and the way she captures candid, heartfelt moments. I also appreciated her approachable, easy going personality, and after a follow-up phone call and reviewing her online galleries with my now-husband, we were excited to book Azena for our Sept. 2018 wedding. That said, neither of us were particularly "excited" about doing an engagement shoot, but knew that it would be a good opportunity to get to know Hillary and feel more comfortable in front of the camera. It turned out to be a total blast and the photos she took are jaw-dropping. That was just the beginning. Hillary is a whiz at weddings - we met beforehand to plan out the day, locations, portraits etc. and she took it from there. She kept things organized and moving along, but also fun and lighthearted and captured everyone at their best. Her experience and professionalism were invaluable and I love love LOVE our photos! I included one of my favs from our engagement session and a couple detail photos from the wedding. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, do yourself a favor and book her before someone else does!
