My wife and I have been coming to Balance for over three years now, usually every month! Their new place is so nice. We've referred lots of friends here too. WHY am I just writing a review now? Because I can't believe they only have 84 reviews! They really focus on you, and the massage, not asking for reviews (which they deserve more of)... :)

I have chronic hip and shoulder pain so I come here pretty regularly and have never had a bad experience. The facility is super clean and the technicians are attentive and professional. They don’t short change you on your time. I’ve made most of my appointments same-day whenever I have flare ups and they’ve always been super accommodating. Great neighborhood spot that I’m happy to support!

This has been one of my favorite places to come over the last few years. The people who work there are amazing at their job. I highly recommend getting a one hour massage here, although they have lots of other great options at a good price.

This was second time coming to balance massage, my first time was good with an Asian lady but today I had another lady who did my massage. I did a walk in . I felt rushed to by them, not even asking what I wanted to get. How long of massage and are you paying debit or cash? She wanted me to pay first, then directed me to a room. No problem! I got a different lady, she asked what areas I wanted her to focus more in, I told her “ Arms, neck, and feet” with hard deep pressure for 90min, so I don’t get disappointed later. She asked me if she was doing enough pressure like 3-4times and I said you can do more. I like to get a massage and just relax, I appreciate her being careful but it’s not a massage if I’m being talked to every five minutes. Then she worked on my back for almost 40min, just rubbing lotion all over, when that wasn’t my concern, she did my face, hair, and head. Waste of time! I asked her again if she can work on my arms a little more, didn’t do much work. Lastly, she worked on the soles of my feet for 20min same motion, didn’t even touch the upper part of it. I hate to be nagging but I’m paying for what I’ve asked for. Nothing more. By the time I walked out, she had the receipt out for a tip. I gave her a tip! I will not be coming back. Time to find another place. I was not impressed, I left with a smile on my face and disappointed.

Got me in last minute for some neck and shoulder pain, 90mins and I walked out of there feeling fantastic! Came back for an evening couples massage later that week, the ladies were amazing. Super friendly, easy to work with and did great work. The issues I’ve experienced at other companies feel like they don’t have the passion or seem lazy or bothered during the massage, but not here! these ladies really put in the work to work out some hip pain and tension in my upper back. Strongest hands I have ever felt on a professional therapist before! Will be returning.
