I’ve had two birthday parties here and I’ve never been happier. First let’s talk about the amazing staff at both locations in LA. They are sooooo kind and helpful and are there for whatever you need. Second, let’s talk about how clean everything is. I’ve watched how quickly the employees are constantly cleaning the bathrooms and play areas. My kids absolutely adore this place and I’m so grateful to be able to take them there!!!
If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and fun indoor play area, this is it. My kids obsessed! We’ve done the birthday party route twice now and were so impressed that we keep coming back weekly. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. A local gem
My daughter absolutely loves this place! It's a fun spot for the kids to have a good time and release some of that extra energy. The staff is also so friendly specially Emily. She goes out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable. Ball N Bounce has become one of her favorite spots.
I just had my daughter's 4th birthday here, and I have to say this was the best birthday I have ever had! The owner, Simon, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I originally had booked a date in June, but then had to change it, and Simon very pleasantly accommodated me. The decorations were beautiful and Simon's staff truly made sure it was a smooth and hassle free experience. When I arrived, the staff came down to my car with Dollie's and helped me take everything up. They helped me with setting everything up. I had forgotten my chip bowl and utensil holder, and they provided me with both. They had a fridge to keep my drinks cool and they did a great job during cake time with music and cutting/handing out the cake. They helped me clean at the end of the party and loaded my car up. I got the package with included goody bags, and the kids absolutely loved the hats/backpacks with the ball n bounce logos. I can't wait to have my other daughter's birthday here! Thank you Ball n Bounce for the best birthday experience!
An absolute dream, the easiest birthday I’ve ever thrown for my kids with the most fun. My son was in heaven for his fourth birthday the staff took care of everything. Clean, fun and I love the new climbing wall
