Me and my boyfriend tried the free boxing and fitness class, hands down AMAZING! All skill levels were in attendance, and the environment was incredibly welcoming by coaches and other members. I felt supported in technique and challenged, but did not feel any judgement as I can barely get thru push ups :) we will be back!

This gym has been so amazing! As a new boxer, I felt so supported and welcomed. Both Eli and Nathan are such genuine people who care about your skill development but also accommodate to your needs. There’s also such a dope community of people, I’ve met so many great friends that make classes so much more fun!

BEST GYM IN SEATTLE! I walked into BBBC and met the owner Nathan when I was 13 years old. I wasn't a super athletic kid until that point, but I instantly fell in love with boxing and fitness. This gym is literally where it all started for me. Fast forward 12 years, and now I'm 25 working as a fitness trainer. I've experimented with countless approaches to training on both myself and my clients, but this is still my favorite workout by far. Nate is an incredible instructor and trainer. I learned all the fundamentals of fitness, boxing, and nutrition from him. He knows his stuff, and he's almost single-handedly run this gym since he opened it, so it's retained its local feel. The class itself combines boxing training with a safer version of CrossFit style METCON, so you're guaranteed to get a full body workout and leave the class feeling awesome & exhausted (and injury-free!) With each class, you can expect to hit cardio, core work, basic strength calisthenics, boxing technique drills, and bootcamp-style conditioning. Not only will your overall fitness improve, but your self-defense skills will too, making it much more satisfying than just a "workout." In addition, there's a designated space for heavy lifting if that's something you want to focus on. The gym does offer sparring on certain days if you want to test your boxing skills, but it's completely optional. So, if you live in Seattle, do yourself a favor and come train here. I sincerely mean it when I say it's the best gym in the city. Come try it for yourself.

As someone who’s never boxed, Nathan has been a very great owner/instructor and there’s room for everyone to learn! If your looking for a great cardio type workout or looking to learn boxing and lift some weights it a great place. They have gloves for you to borrow and just be ready to put some work in from day one! Just like anything you’ll get whatever back whatever your willing to put in!
