Extremely poor customer service. At first they said they couldn’t find the referral so I had to make another pcp appt just to find out they had the referral. Waited 6 weeks for appt. Therapist called in sick and they said they would call back same day to reschedule. Never called back. I left a message and never got called back again. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for the appt at a time not convenient for me ( I babysit).

I absolutely love Cory F. He's a great physical therapist and I would highly recommend recommend coming here's. The staff is professional, helpful and polite.

I can’t be more thankful for the help I get here from Eugene. I was going to a different facility and they were just finding me things to do, that did not help me plus caused more pain. This facility is very clean and private. I get personalized exercises and stretches that actually help me. I walk in feeling pain and walk out feeling no pain. I actually jumped and skipped out last week! I would give 100 stars if I could. If you never went to a filthy physical therapy office with no privacy and toddlers standing next to you, staring and coughing, you might not understand how professional and well trained the techs are here. I highly recommend this facility over the facility I won’t mention but I did do an honest review.

The Banner Physical Therapy facility in Phoenix has turned out to be an awesome and delightful place to accomplish needed therapy and treatments. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and respectful looking to satisfy my every need. My appointment was handled in a timely manner and my technician, Allison, proved to be knowledgeable and quite professional. We arrived at a reasonable treatment process and if any further needs were exposed, she offered to consult by phone and make room for any further appointments. I highly recommend this facility for their caring and professional service.

Hi. I thought I’d expand on my review of Banner Physical Therapy, noting that in addition to my Therapist (Sabrina Laukonen) doing an awesome job getting me through my failed Knee Replacement Recovery, I wanted to acknowledge the office staff as well. The Office in general have been great, and one in particular (first name is Tiana), has been great taking care of my payments, copies of my PT Records, etc., She also has provided me with mental inspiration (acknowledging changes in my therapy) when I come into PT. Thanks again to Banner getting my life back on track! I’m posting a photo of me walking, something I had serious doubts I’d ever do again!
