You shouldn't have to give your email and or phone number when your company sends you here for a drug screen. The information the company provides should be sufficient. They keep trying to get your email and phone number even if you don'twant to giveit to them. I'll admit I have a problem giving my contact information out. The last two times I was here I didn't want to give my phone number and they gave me one of their tablets to fill out info. Before that I gave my phone number to them and I kept getting advertising from them, please fill out our servay. I arrived with an email authorization with a bar code and the rep at the counter after looking at it and not attempting to use a scanner stated I have to forward it to their email. Now they have my email and I will probably get unwanted emails from them and who ever they may or may not sell my info too.
If you want to be taken care of by understaffed doctors and nurses who don’t even know how to set up an appointment, this is the right place. You will waste hours of your time for an “appointment” You would bleed out and the body be cold and still not be seen by a doctor. The physical therapy team is great.
The service was very poor. The physical exams were performed extremely quickly. I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor, who spent approximately one minute with me. After that, I was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes, only for a nurse to inform me that I was free to leave. The wait time was excessive and unnecessary, and the overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient.
I had to go to this urgent care for a pre employment drug screen. These types of things can be a hassle due to being a walk in and at times can be a long wait based on factors they cannot control. I was checked in by Kat and she was very accommodating and nice. She notified me it would be about an hour. I lucked out!!! In and out in about 15 minutes. Great experience.
Having read all the reviews I was expecting a negative experience at this Concentra as all the other locations are horrible. It was my first time at this location for a DOT medical card renewal. Showed up at noon on Sunday and was out of there by 1pm with my renewed medical card. Everyone from the front desk staff to the staff checking vision, blood pressure and all other things were kind and pleasant to deal with and I never felt rushed through any of it. The nurse practioner Jennifer Gresham who signed off on my renewed medical card was very professional, nice and friendly I'm not sure why she has negative reviews on here as my experience was completely different. All in all 5 stars for this location and I will continue to renew my medical card here from now on.
