I can’t say enough good things about Ben and Kenny at Movement Redefined. They’ve been helping both me and my 9-year-old soccer player, and they’re incredible with patients of all ages. They know how to keep my son motivated with sport-specific exercises while giving me the focused care I need. Their professionalism, kindness, and skill make every visit a great experience. We couldn’t ask for a better team.

Dr Ben and his team are awesome. They are always in a great mood and having a good time when I go in. They are all attentive and helpful and make sure they do right by you. When I found them in September or October I had been dealing with a pain in my lower back that completely wrapped around my leg and went all the way down to my ankle. After a short bout of visits to a not so great chiropractor and the heating pad not giving any relief and struggling to do anything. I found MR on Google and decided to give them a shot. Needless to say even Dr Ben was skeptical that he could help after having everyone tell me it was my sciatic acting up Dr Ben could tell something else was wrong. He told me we could try PT for a few weeks to see if I got any relief and if that didn’t happen he was sending me out for an mri. Well I don’t have insurance but luckily for me he helped me with referrals and put me in touch with a Dr that could help. I took the initiative and got the MRI immediately and found out that I have a herniated disc at L1/S5 it was 6mm x18 mm and resting on a nerve sac. So good sign we found the problem. Bad sign not sure if that means surgery well after more research from the doc we talked about it and decided to keep going with PT. Between doing the exercises and stretches that he showed me and doing dry needling and cupping I can tell you that I feel 90% better than when I hobbled my way in there the first day. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate MR- Dr Ben and his team have made me feel like I can exist in the world again. They are not chasing money they really are looking to help you. Give them a chance because I don’t know what I would’ve done if it wasn’t for them. But I can tell you life is a hell if a lot better than it was just a few months ago.

AMAZING!!! I came in to Movement Redefined several months ago for PT as a result of a car accident. Now I am completely addicted to this place. Staff is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, with unbelievable customer service. Everyone is professional, attentive, accommodating. They work with your schedule, send you text reminders, never overbook, provide a very personable experience. Kenny has MAGIC hands!!! He has a gift of “X-raying” your body, finding the exact issue spots and fixing them. Dr. Ben identifies your problems and finds the solutions by providing a recovery plan. Danielle stretches your body beyond human capacity 😁 Place is very clean and modern. They also offer a complimentary use of their equipments after your session. One stop for everything! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Movement Redefined highly enough. Dr. Ben and Kenny are both very knowledgeable and their “bedside manner” is outstanding. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, why, and how it will help. One of the best features is that they don’t overbook/double book so you get one-on-one attention without ever feeling like they’re rushed to get to their next patient. And for those of us that don’t care for talking on the phone, they’re text friendly and you can book your appt online!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Claire greeted me at the front desk and made the experience feel personal. Overall the staff is friendly, professional, and truly invested in helping you feel your best. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always running on time. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made here and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy. They truly go above and beyond!
