It is so great Christmas setup. The floor rising projection screen make us a lot happiness for our family.But how to connect with our smart control? Any ideas of it??

I paid an exuberant amount of money for my system and for the "service" contract. I have been trying to get my system fixed for over a week. I NEVER get a call back and I am constantly running them down. They have refused to send someone over to fix it and I am completely disappointed and would not recommend Barney Miller. This has been a nightmare.

I would like to reccomend Barney Miller's at every level of need. Tim, my sales person gave me exceptional service. He came to my home and we discussed everything I wanted. and afterwards he gave me his thoughts on locations and items I did not even think of. He was able to give me an estimate by Tuesday, following our Friday appointment. Within two weeks he had my items already in stock and installation was being performed. My girlfriend and friends stated they never saw me so happy. I work part time out of my home, allowing me to enjoy music throughout my home. I was and still amazed at how well it turned out. Please give Tim or Barney Miller's an opportunity to help you with your electronic needs. Vince

I have been a customer of Barney Miller's for years and there is one main reason for this. Consistent service after the sale. With a home full of electronic devices should the need arise, I receive the same technicians that installed the work to fix any issues. If it's a software upgrade it can be done remotely and I'm up and running without a service call visit. When one has this type of loyalty with a company you can expect this type of service. In summary, things break, don't always work or instructions are confusing to set-up a new device. You get what you pay for. Service after the sale ...service after the sale ... service after the sale, is one reason I've been a loyal customer with Barney Miller's for years.

Tim Pearse at Barney Miller's is your high-fidelity destination in Lexington. Tim and his team have gone above and beyond for me with multiple purchases for my two channel hi-fi setup. From floor standing speakers, a turntable, then a cartridge upgrade, Tim has worked with me every step of the way offering knowledge with no sales pressure. I can't recommend the staff at Barney Miller's enough and hope to line out my next purchase soon!
