I shipped my PC across the country and when it arrived I was encountering a booting issue. I took it into the gentleman who runs the Clinic and within the an hour he had diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the issue! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you again!
Fight for the User
He was nice and communicative. Ultimately, his "fix" didn't resolve the issue and despite telling me how he was going to take a couple days to troubleshoot it, I don't think he did (or maybe he didn't understand what the issue really was - despite my best efforts to explain). Not only am I now out $175, but I ended up having to reinstall the OS to undo what he had done. Despite him offering to take another look at it (free of charge), I opted to continue troubleshooting it myself and more or less resolved the issue on my own. If I have any more issues, I'll take my system elsewhere.

MacBook Air problem solved quickly and efficiently. The laptop needed an entire new screen and was repaired within a few days. Overall cost and customer service were better than the Apple Store. We will definitely bring any future fixes here!
