Such a great experience and a fantastic workout. They were so kind and accommodating to me as a novice, and I noticed all body types were welcome and seemed very comfortable in the atmosphere. It was a great, multi-functional workout with barre, yoga, small weights, and cardio, but they also provided alternatives or adjustments for those who needed them. Loved it. If I wasn’t moving, I’d be getting a subscription!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've gone a couple times now using my class pass. I love how all the instructors thus far has provided alternate moves and they are also very good at demonstrating the different moves as well. They have cubbies to leave your belongings outside of the class and the restrooms have all the female necessities you could need. Everything is also very clean and tidy. They do provide parking validation up to 2 hours for the McBee parking garage which is awesome. Overall, I've enjoyed my experiences and will continue to attend all the classes that they provide.
I'm hooked on Barre! The instruction is magnificent, focusing on form and supporting attendees in modifying exercises to best align with their body's needs and fitness goals. The additional focus on grounding in my body and present moment awareness is a nice touch - having a bit of a yoga studio feel.
I have been wanting to try barre3 for years and finally did today. I loved it! I felt welcomed by the studio owner, parking was easy, and I hope to make this a regular exercise class
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've gone using Class Pass and have been to over 15 classes. All the instructors offer alternatives to each move. The majority of classes will include small weights, a mat (provided onsite), and occasionally the sliders, or resistance bands. In my experience the 6 am class is quite small (usually under 10 people), while the Monday 6 pm can get very busy (feels like at least 25 people). They have cubbies to leave your belongings outside of the class and the restrooms have all the female necessities you could need if your Aunt Flo decides to make a surprise visit while you are in class. Both restroom have baby changing tables and I've heard they provide classes where child care is provided. They do provide parking validation so you can go into the parking garage behind (McBee parking garage). Bring a water bottle and if you need more they do have a water dispenser to refill. Overall, I've enjoyed my experiences and will continue to attend.
