I just started attending classes here a month ago and I’ve been incredibly impressed with all of the instructors! The staff is friendly, kind, energetic, and seem to really love what they do. Barre3 is a low impact but highly effective workout and modifications are always offered. The breathwork at the end of class is a nice touch too 👏🏼
I can’t say enough words to describe what a beautiful studio this is and what an AMAZING workout I had! I have been active and working out for decades so I’m super picky about my workouts- as I like a challenge and I have to say I was super surprised and pleased when I walked out of the studio. I can’t wait to go back! Giulia was an incredible instructor! So motivating, explained the workouts simply with demonstration, positive, and fun. The playlist was on point. I can’t wait to go back and bring friends.
I just had my first class here today with Makenna and it was awesome! The location is also perfect with a lot of nearby coffee shops and the beach is steps away!
Overall, such an inviting and fun environment. The front desk gal was super sweet. The instructor Whitney was so in tune with the class-recommending adjustments and throwing in encouraging shout outs the whole time. I felt very comfortable as a first timer to barre and I'm excited to return.
Started the beginning of 2018, to try something new. I wanted to shake up my workouts and I fell in love with barre because of Studio Barre Bird Rock. I have periods where I go three times a week to at least once a week. Either way the barre-tenders are welcoming and the owners Megs+Moo are super awesome. They helped me set up a barre-ty event for my fundraiser with Make-A-Wish. Would highly suggest, if you are looking for a good workout and a supportive family!
