We recently purchased our sectional from Bassett. Had stopped at other stores but Bassett was clearly a notch above in terms of quality and selection (as well as in the overall "ambiance" of the store). We were assisted by Jordan who was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We wrapped things up after one visit and received our sectional in about 6 weeks. Looks great.

Jordan was wonderful to work with, from helping with selection to his follow up from the time the order placement to delivery. The in-store experience and delivery were top notch. I am giving 4 stars due to a problem with one of two pieces of furniture. The accent chair was configured incorrectly (the wrong finish on the frame) and the frame of the chair was so far off that the chair had a severe rocking from corner to corner. Also one of the legs was rough at the bottom and the finish chipped in other places. This was obviously a factory and quality control issue. At the time of delivery a complaint was documented by the delivery team. I heard from Bassett within the hour and they made an immediate plan to rectify the problem with very little disruption to me. So, all in all, an almost perfect experience. I would highly recommend the team at Bassett!

I purchased a custom sofa in May of 2023. When I came in I explained I was looking for a very sturdy fabric as I had 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. The woman I worked with had me show her some that I liked. She said the fabric I selected would be very durable. The back cushions are down and so many feathers come out and get stuck in the fabric that I have to keep a quilt covering it. I rotate cushions weekly, vacuum it, use lint rollers. Nothing works. I've stopped in with photos only to be told by staff to just pluck them out. Unfortunately there are way to many and they are really embedded in the fabric. To make a long story short I have a 4 thousand dollar sofa that looks awful. I feel like the person I worked with just wanted to make a sale and didn't really understand what fillers would work with particular fabrics. I am very disappointed in my purchase. UPDATE: Bassett has replaced my down inserts and the casings for them. My sofa now looks and feels Much better!! Im adding 2 more stars to my review!

Jordan came to our house and gave some wonderful ideas for recreating our Livingroom which was totally different from what we had. He then put all those ideas into reality and it looks totally awesome!!! This was the second project he worked on for us and if we do any other rooms he will be the first one we call.
