Visually it’s nice, but I’m not sure what the hype is about. Nothing about this place was relaxing. It was extremely loud and honestly felt a little chaotic. I think it would be better if they had more quiet areas and actually enforced people being quiet. The pools were crowded and the vibe was louder than a high school cafeteria room. The saunas were packed, and people were basically yelling in there. Loud music was blasting in the steam room. It seems more like a social club/party rather than a place to actually achieve self-care and relaxation. I don’t go to the spa to be overstimulated. In addition to that, the staff weren’t the friendliest and didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there.

Nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the quiet room wasn't so quiet, but meh maybe it was just an off day. Anyway I would highly recommend it for a day of relaxation. Plus the staff were really nice and helpful

The treatment (massage + hammam scrub) were excellent. To top it off, the sauna event was icing on an already decadent piece.

So you know.. if your plans change within the 24 hours, they will not let you bring a different guest with whom you made the reservation with. So if your friend gets sick you can’t bring another friend. Then they charge a cancellation fee on top of not letting you in unless you go by yourself. I would give negative stars if I could
