Came in for a bit of phone repair for a damaged charging port... Lady who saw me took care of the problem and other customers at the same time...I don't know her name but she provided great service

10/10 for iPhone battery repair at Batteries Plus. Krista and the team took great care of me for a walk-in battery repair. After wasting my time at the "Geek" place and them telling me they could not replace my battery due to "swelling", Krista had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Their customer service was top notch, friendly, and professional. They made a customer for life and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs phone repairs.

I really don’t get the good reviews. I sent them a message asking about pricing, zero response. I called to try to find out, zero response. We live on the other side of the high rise so I didn’t want to drive over just to try to get someone to respond. We ended up going with Me. Fix it near cedar and battlefield. They answered them phone immediately got us a quote and took the iPads the same day.

Went in to have the screen repaired on my iPhone 8+. Unfortunately, during the repair, the ribbon for the proximity sensor was broken. Jesse and Krista were both quick to explain what happened and quickly give me options. In the end, they ordered a replacement ribbon and I returned the next day to have that replaced with no extra charges to me. Overall, the service is fantastic and you can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend for any lighting/battery needs.

The repair looks great and was well done. Great staff. Clean repair. My only issue isn’t with the store or it employees it is the fact that my phones color saturation is off. It seems washed out. When compared to their phones in my household it is for sure much more white!? It is as if the glass your company uses is not tinted or maybe even polarized like the factory glass. I only need the phone to work a few more months until I change carriers, so it’s not a huge deal. I would say though, if this is a known issue, it should be mentioned prior to the repair. Your repair price point is lower than two others I called however if the difference is the glass quality, I may have chosen differently. Loves the scheduling ability for the repair and the procedures prior to the work being done is very professional. Just either get better glass or be more forthcoming of the color change of the display.
