I needed to get the charging port replaced on my iPhone 12. I first went to a place just down the road that advertised they could do it. They said they didn’t have it in stock and never offered to order it, only saying, “we can’t do it.” I drove .2 miles down the road and talked to Neil, who also didn't have it in stock but immediately said he’d have it in two days and wanted my business. I returned later, waited 45 minutes, and it was done for half the price of what the other place had quoted. Neil also understood my security concerns and let me stay and provide my PIN when needed during the repair. Top notch service, and I'll be sending my son there for the same repair.

Kevin and Neil were great to work with in such a professional but so personal way . One does not get that in other sales and repair places .This friendly manner is why I will not use any other shop.
