Went to get my cracked screen fixed. The man working was very rude and acted like he didn’t want my business. He asked me what generation phone I had and when I said I didn’t know he got impatient while I tried to figure it out. I left the store after he hinted several time that he didn’t want to fix my phone. Went down the street to FixitPro and the nice technician didn’t even ask what kind of phone I had. Had it done in under 30 minutes and cost $100. Don’t waste your time with this business.

I came in because my phone would not connect to any of my charger cords. The staff was very helpful, ultimately it was an associate named Sarah( sp?) who was able to fix my phone. Apparently a part of one of my chargers broke off in there! Very happy to have a fully working phone again and will definitely be coming back for any phone or battery needs

Needed a screen replaced on my iPhone 6 and I was concerned about how much it would cost and how long it would take. Sarah quoted me a great price and got the work done in 90 minutes! I was both stunned and elated! Just a great experience at Batteries and Bulbs on Cole in Boise. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be back when I need anything else. Now I basically have a new phone for a fraction of the cost! Thank you!
