My son and I just closed on our new home - my forever home - and I owe so much of this dream becoming real to two incredible people: Michelle Richey with eXp Realty, my realtor, and Clayton Schmeiser with Envoy Mortgage, my mortgage lender. They work for separate companies, but you would never know it from the way they came together for us. From day one, they functioned like a true team, united in making sure we were protected, informed and supported. There were challenges with the sellers that were honestly overwhelming at times. Some situations felt like battles I never could have fought on my own. But Michelle and Clayton stepped in again and again - strong, steady, and absolutely committed to guiding us through every tough moment. They were our advocates when we needed strength, our clarity when things were confusing, and our calm when emotions ran high. Michelle was a constant source of reassurance. She listened, she cared, and she went far beyond what I expected from a realtor. Clayton was equally extraordinary - patient, thorough, and determined to make the financing process as smooth and understandable as possible. They each held their own responsibilities, but they communicated and worked together in a way that made us feel genuinely cared for. Every step of the way, I was impressed - not just by their professionalism, but by their heart. My son and I now have a home that will hold the rest of my life’s memories. I can’t fully express the gratitude I feel for Michelle and Clayton. They didn’t just help us buy a house - they helped us build a future. If you want people who will fight for you, stand by you, and treat your dream as if it were their own, you won’t find better than them.

Chris Lindh was really great. He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He knew what we were looking to get in the sale of our home and did what he needed to in order to achieve that outcome. Chris is also a great person and takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the market.

Highly recommend auntie Eleonor if you are looking for a realtor. It took us 3 years before we finally decided to get a house here in Las Vegas and she was very patient the entire time, just waiting for us to be ready. She made sure that we are updated with all the new constructions going on the area that we are interested in. She was there from start of process until we close and she guided us all the way. Even after we close she still checks on us.
