His response time has been incredibly fast, his attention to every detail in what I am looking for has been spot on, and his knowledge Has really shown how experienced he is. Throughout this home-buying experience, I cannot express into words the gratitude my family and I have for Kevin Dultz as our realtor. Kevin truly puts his heart into this journey with you. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative and always available, whether it was a quick question, a late-night worry, or needing something explained for the third time because real estate language is no joke! He made sure we felt confident every single step of the way. No matter what we needed, Kevin was there, patient, responsive, and genuinely supportive. At one point, we were experiencing major issues with our lender. We were nowhere near securing our loan. We were still in the pre-approval stage and stuck in underwriting with less than two weeks before closing. Our lender broker had no idea what was happening with our loan, couldn’t give us real updates, and simply blamed the underwriter. We were panicked, hopeless, and terrified about losing our dream home and our large earnest money deposit. Kevin immediately stepped in. He spoke with the seller and was able to extend our loan contingency to protect our earnest money. He then suggested we switch lenders, fully understanding how scary that was for us so late in the process. But he reassured us that the team he recommended was incredibly experienced and that if anyone could pull this off, it was them. With less than two weeks to close, this new team had all hands on deck, working around the clock and even through the weekend to make the impossible possible. I am beyond grateful for Kevin. Without his quick thinking, deep knowledge, and strong connections with the best people in the industry, we would not be in our home today. But what stood out most was the heart he carries into everything he does. It shows in the way he treats his clients and in the fight he fought with us to save a dream we felt slipping away. He never doubted us, even when we were losing faith, and I couldn’t be more grateful for having him as our guide through this entire process. If you are looking for someone with a lot of heart who genuinely cares about your family, is knowledgeable and quick-thinking when it matters most, and is incredibly well-connected with the best in the industry, then Kevin Dultz is the person you want guiding you and fighting for your dream!
